BOOMER

SV Laughing Colonel
"Boomer"

Maudie’s 2005 colt
Red dun stud colt born 3-24-05
Nicknamed by my nephews…Boomer
See his papers here

SOLD

Congratulations Jesse Irwin of Hays, KS. Good luck with Boomer in the roping pen The latest on Boomer…Jesse said he rides him 80% of the time over his older horse. Boomer is smart, doesn’t spook of anything, and is starting to track cattle on his own. See what is happening with his full brother Scooter…he is very cowy and is coming along very well in the team roping arena on the heading side.

Grace, the full sister, is doing very well for me…she is starting to cut cattle very well and does very well in pleasure and reining.
Gunner was just sold and the new owner plans to trailride and show later in pleasure and reining

Boomer should be able to run, rate, and drag a steer as well as his sibling

Picture taken with his winter coat Feb. 1, 2007.
He’s a little darker in the winter.

This boy is going to be tall as he was just a little over 15.1 hands the first of October 2006,
but he continues to fill out nicely and is just a sweetheart to be around.

He is definitely following in his siblings footsteps of being calm, very friendly, and tall.
